1. General

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of GitRiver software (hereinafter "Software") and related services provided by the Rights Holder. By using the Software, you agree to these Terms.

2. Software Description

GitRiver is a self-hosted git platform for managing repositories, CI/CD, Container Registry, Package Registry, and other development tools. The Software is available in two editions: Community (free, unlimited users and repositories) and Pro (commercial license with extended features).

3. Community License

GitRiver Community is provided free of charge for any use, including commercial. The Community edition includes: Git hosting, CI/CD, Container Registry, Package Registry, Issues, Pull Requests, Pages, Wiki, Releases, OAuth2, 2FA. No limits on users or repositories.

4. Pro License

GitRiver Pro is provided under a commercial license after payment. The license is bound to a specific instance (challenge-response activation) and is valid for the paid period. The license defines the number of Pro Seats - users with access to Pro features. Licenses stack: multiple licenses on one instance combine their seats.

5. Payment and Refunds

Pro license payment is processed through T-Bank (Russian payment provider, formerly Tinkoff Bank). Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the license has not been activated on an instance. After activation, refunds are not available. All prices are in Russian Rubles and include VAT where applicable.

6. Usage Restrictions

You may not: decompile or modify the Software's licensing system; share license keys with third parties; use the Software to violate applicable law. The Rights Holder may remotely revoke a license upon discovering violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is". The Rights Holder is not liable for: damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software; data loss; actions of third parties. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved in the court at the Rights Holder's location.
